Arnica: It has flavonoids, phenolic acids, bitter principles and amacin, among other components, so the main property of this medicinal plant is analgesic, anti-inflammatory, rubefacient, antibacterial, fungicidal and healing. It stimulates blood circulation and prevents the appearance of bruises. Helps relieve pain in bumps, injuries and sprains. Reduces pain when a muscle tear or muscle strain occurs.
