Returns Policy — Phytodoxia

At PHYTODOXIA we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return period

30 calendar days from product receipt.

Product conditions

• Product unopened and in its original packaging.
• No signs of use or damage.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return reason. We’ll send return shipping instructions.

Refund

Once we receive and verify the product in good condition, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors, in which case PHYTODOXIA covers the costs.

Non-returnable products

We do not accept returns of customised products, opened items or those with broken security seals for cosmetic hygiene reasons.

This policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
