Right of revocation
The following revocation policy applies to contracts for goods, which may be shipped as a package by courier.

Effects of revocation
If the contract is cancelled, Phytodoxia Lab, S.L. will refund to the customer all payments received, including standard shipping charges (excluding shipping charges for special services) within 14 days of receipt of notice of cancellation. This refund will be made through the same payment method that was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, this reimbursement will not cause any additional cost for the client. We can wait to make the return until we receive the goods or until we receive proof that the goods have been dispatched, whichever comes first.
The customer must return the products as soon as possible, and in any case, at the latest, within 14 days of receipt by us of your notification of cancellation of the contract.
The client must make the shipment through a transport agency, in addition to indicating that the cost of this postage is borne by the client.

Those cases in which there is some type of error or breakage of the product committed by third parties, and provided that they are completely unrelated to the actions or inactions of the client, they must report this fact as soon as possible to the Phytodoxia contact or by mail to info@phytodoxia .com
In the same contact, you must indicate the full name of the client, the client’s email, the order identification number, and photographic evidence that helps verify the error made.
Once the error is confirmed, you will be given the option to return or proceed to make a new shipment of the order without any cost.
